Founder and CEO of Energesse co-created the Self Leadership Experience Program with nurse and midwife leaders, frontliners and employers.
Recognising that nurses and midwives are the backbone of a health system, Dr Avi’s research during the global pandemic revealed that they needed help. In unit 1, you'll get a clear overview of the entire program and what to expect and what it takes to thrive in tough circumstances.
In unit 2, you will explore the 7 areas that shape your life. You will learn how to find your greatest qualities and pitfalls. At the end you’ll know exactly what your personal bottlenecks are and which areas should be your highest priority.
In unit 3, you are going to uncover the truth about your emotions i.e. what triggers them and how to interpret or control them. After this training you’ll be able to use an effective emotional management technique, that you can use anytime and anywhere, so you can have more peace of mind at work and at home.
In unit 4, you will discover which powerful and less powerful motivational triggers change your behavior. How to unlock a deeper motivation for your work and life. And you will discover an insightful exercise to gain better understanding of your actions, so you can make more effective decisions in the future.
In unit 5, all of your previous efforts come together into taking the first step towards becoming a better version of yourself.
In unit 6, you will learn how to enjoy even the smallest things, so you can feel successful and energized at all times. Discover how to gain happiness from failures. And unravel the mysteries of our brains, so we can better control our thoughts, experiences and therefore our life.
In unit 7, you will review and consolidate previous learnings and get the tools you need to turn new behaviours into long-term habits.

The self leadership course takes approx. 1 hour per unit. On average it takes 4 - 8 hours to go through all the content including the exercises.
Most participants told us that they already gain amazing insights after only finishing unit e1. This program is built in a way that maximizes your motivation to finish (even if you're super busy).
The goal is to help you develop the resilience you need to lead yourself through change, so you have less uncertainty and anxiety for the future and more hope, aspiration and direction in your life.
