Where do nurses and midwives go to 'reset'?

Many nurses & midwives haven’t had it easy. With irregular working hours and lots of pressure, it can be extremely rough and stressful.

That’s why some nurses feel overwhelmed. Some suffer from loneliness. Others feel isolated. They don’t always get the appreciation they deserve.

Whilst they work tirelessly to care for others in hospitals, aged care homes, and community, their own health may suffer.

Studies by the American Nurses Association suggests that up to 10% of the nurses may be dependent on drugs or alcohol to cope with these challenges. And if that’s not tough enough, some also experience violence, bullying and harassment.

This needs to change!

Our vision is to connect a huge, caring and empowered group of thousands of nurses & midwives to support each other, learn self-care and excel in their roles.

A safe place where nurses & midwives can share real-world challenges and learn from each other on how to overcome them. A place where nurses go when they feel lonely or isolated from the world. A place where they can share their feelings and receive the support from a loving community as well as individual and group coaching and mentoring.

It also helps employers attract and retain staff.

That’s what this is. A proven clinical leadership program combined with a learning community to develop self leadership & resilience using the 6e’s, to improve your work-life experiences (and advance your career).

A Certificate of Completion is also provided upon request. Nurses and Midwives can use this for their Continuing Professional Development requirements.

In unit 1, you'll get a clear overview of the entire program and what to expect and what it takes to thrive in tough circumstances.

e1. Experience: How to understand & measure your life experience

In unit 2, you will explore the 7 areas that shape your life. You will learn how to find your greatest qualities and pitfalls. At the end you’ll know exactly what your personal bottlenecks are and which areas should be your highest priority.

e2. Emotions: Manage your emotional intelligence & expectations

In unit 3, you are going to uncover the truth about your emotions i.e. what triggers them and how to interpret or control them. After this training you’ll be able to use an effective emotional management technique, that you can use anytime and anywhere, so you can have more peace of mind at work and at home.

In unit 4, you will discover which powerful and less powerful motivational triggers change your behavior. How to unlock a deeper motivation for your work and life. How much time do I have to invest to complete the course?

The self leadership course takes approx. 1 hour per unit. On average it takes 4 - 8 hours to go through all the content including the exercises.

How quickly will I experience results?

Most participants told us that they already gain amazing insights after only finishing unit e1. This program is built in a way that maximizes your motivation to finish (even if you're super busy).

Is this program right for me?

The goal is to help you develop the resilience you need to lead yourself through change, so you have less uncertainty and anxiety for the future and more hope, aspiration and direction in your life. With your commitment, I’m sure we’ll explore some of the most fruitful areas of your life and work during the program.
